Video: In our element sailing on coworking catamaran in Greece

We spent a week sailing, coworking and coliving on innovative new remote working catamaran Coboat in Greek waters in mid-August during their Pirate Beta launch in the Mediterranean.
Together with fellow Coboaters from the US and the Czech Republic and the Coboat crew, we set off from the port of Lavrio in the southeast of greater Athens.
We sailed on a 50-foot coworking Lagoon catamaran to the Saronic island of Poros, through the Corinth Canal, hiked up to ancient Delphi to seek inspiration, moored at peaceful Trizonia islet and discussed ocean pollution, passed under the world’s largest cable-stayed bridge – the Rio-Antirrio – before reaching Odysseus’ Ithaca and, finally, Kefalonia in the Ionian Sea.

Here’s a first sneaky video peek at our coworking and coliving adventure aboard Coboat, as we eased into day one and started to get to know our fellow Coboaters. We sailed in Beaufort 8 gales (might not look like it but it was blowing pretty fiercely out there) along the southern coast of Athens, past the ancient Temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounio and arrived just as the sun was setting over Saronic isle Poros’ peaceful Monastery Bay. We anchored in the bay for the night and enjoyed the most restful sleep we have had in a long time.
